Short-let turnover cleaning
Between guests, against the same checklist, with photos filed after every turnover. You do not need to be in the country to know how the flat looks.
Short lets are not lost on price. They are lost on one review mentioning a hair in the bath. A guest does not assess how nice the flat is — they assess whether it is clean, in the first thirty seconds.
The same checklist every time
Every turnover runs the same list: bathroom in detail, kitchen including the inside of the fridge and microwave, linen and towels, dust on every surface, glass, floors, ventilation and resetting the space. The list does not change with whoever is working that day.
Photos filed after every turnover
The team photographs the key points at the end and sends them through. If a complaint arrives tomorrow, you have evidence of how the flat looked when we left. This matters most when a guest reports damage as pre-existing — and it is the single thing that makes managing a flat from abroad workable.
Linen and consumables
We change linen and towels you supply, or take laundry on as a separate line. Consumables — soap, tissue, tea, cleaning products — are restocked against a list you define, with a monthly usage record.
When something is wrong
A broken item, a stain that will not lift, a boiler fault. You hear immediately, with a photo, before the next guest arrives. If it is a small job, we can fix it there and then through the maintenance service rather than sending you looking for a plumber in a language you do not speak.
Between seasons
Turnover keeps a flat presentable; it does not deal with the mattress, the curtains or the carpet. Once or twice a year we schedule deep cleaning and ozone where needed — best done off-season, while occupancy is lower.
Questions we get
How much notice do you need?
Regular clients run off the booking calendar with no notice needed. One-off turnovers: 24 hours.
Do you handle laundry?
Yes, as a separate line. The cheaper option is keeping two sets in the flat so we only swap them over.
What if a guest breaks something?
You hear immediately, with a photo, before the next guest checks in. You decide whether it gets fixed now or later.
