Who processes your data

What we collect

What you give us. When you complete the quote form or the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and company name if you supply it, along with the details you provide about the space (property type, floor area, frequency) and your message.

Technical data. With every submission we record the IP address, browser information and the page the enquiry came from. This is to protect the form against automated abuse.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics for visit statistics. The statistics are anonymised and are not linked to your enquiry.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote — your consent and pre-contractual steps.
• Performing the contract if we become your contractor — contractual necessity.
• Protecting the form from abuse — our legitimate interest.
• Visit analytics — your consent only, which you may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for 12 months, so that we can refer back to earlier correspondence if you contact us again. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required for business and accounting records. Technical data attached to an enquiry is deleted with the enquiry.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Access is limited to:

• our hosting provider, where the website and database run;
• our email provider, to deliver your message and the automatic acknowledgement;
• Google, if you accepted analytics cookies;
• public authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies

Essential cookies maintain your session, form security and language choice; they cannot be switched off because the site does not work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you explicitly accept them. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Send requests to imalexdoo@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

Security

The site runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Database access is limited to a small number of people, with passwords and an access log. That said, no system is absolutely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.

We may amend this policy. The date of the last change is shown at the foot of this page.
