Office and commercial cleaning
Daily or on an agreed schedule, outside your working hours. Same team, same checklist, same standard every visit — with a written report you can file.
An office is not cleaned once. It is cleaned every working day, in the same order, against a checklist that does not shrink because someone is in a hurry. So we walk the space first, map it by zone, and only then quote. A price given over the phone is a guess, and guesses get paid for later — by you.
What you actually get
A named supervisor who speaks English and answers their phone. One point of contact, not a rota of numbers. If something is wrong at 08:30 on a Monday, you tell one person and it is dealt with that day.
Every visit closes with a signed checklist: what was done, who did it, and anything that could not be completed and why. You receive it. If a line is missed, we return the same or next working day at no extra cost. That is the arrangement, not a gesture.
Access, vetting and paperwork
Most of our work happens after your team has gone home, which means people with keys and access cards in an empty office. Every operative is documented, in uniform and named on the access log. We sign NDAs as standard and work to your building's HSE and access rules rather than expecting you to adapt to ours.
Invoicing is monthly, itemised, and issued in a format your finance team can process without a phone call. Scope changes go in writing before they go on the invoice.
Scope
Workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens and tea points, washrooms, corridors and entrances, glass partitions, lifts and stairwells. Consumables — soap, hand towels, tissue, liners — can sit on our account or yours. That is agreed at the start and written into the contract, so nobody invents it later.
Products are chosen for the surface, not for the price on the pallet. Lacquered wood and epoxy do not take the same chemical. Stainless steel does not take an abrasive. These are details you only notice six months in, when it is too late to undo them.
Periodic work on the same contract
Daily cleaning holds the line; it does not solve everything. Carpets, upholstered chairs and hard floors need machine treatment a few times a year. We schedule that in advance and price it into the contract, so it lands in your budget rather than as a surprise in Q3.
Questions we get
Do you work outside office hours?
Yes — that is the default, not an exception. Most clients never see us working. We agree a window: after 18:00, before 08:00, or at weekends.
Who do I call when something is wrong?
One named supervisor, with a direct number, responsible for your site. They speak English. Report it before 10:00 and we come back the same day; after that, the next working day.
Are consumables included?
Either way. On our account it is a fixed monthly line that does not move with usage, so nobody ends up counting hand towels.
What does the contract commit us to?
Twelve months with 30 days notice. The first month is a trial period: if the standard is not there, you walk away without explaining yourself.
